The artist has the right to refuse any request.

No work may be used for any purposes related to NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI prompting.

By commissioning the artist, the client confirms that they accept all stated terms and conditions.

Clear and timely communication is expected from the client.

No refunds after work has started (as notified by the artist)

The client should contact the artist through Twitter DM/email with a brief explanation of the project.

Details such as payment, time frame and format of delivery, will be discussed.

Any deadlines must be communicated, and if necessary, a "rush fee" can be added to the project.

The client will be informed of the expected waiting time/time frame, along with est. date for the invoice.

Payment will be accepted in EUR through an invoice.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the full fee, incl. any transaction or exchange fees (e.g. Paypal’s transaction fee of 6%)

After the project starts, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted, unless cancelled by the artist, in which case a full refund will be made to the client.

The client may suggest keywords or references, but the artist prefers to maintain creative freedom.

A sketch is provided within 1-2 weeks.

The client may request 2-3 minor revisions during this stage until both parts agree on the final sketch. No major revisions will be accepted afterward.

The artist will inform the client about the time frame, as this stage depends on the scope of the project.

WIP (Work-In-Progess) images are available upon request.

The client receives the deliverables as agreed upon, either through a download link or directly through DMs.

The client is responsible for downloading and saving the files.

Credit must be given to the artist upon redistributing the images
